The Role
• Mapping business processes / drafting SOPs in banking
• Have knowledge in quality (lean six sigma etc..) & banking exposure
• Consolidate improvement opportunities with retail ,corporate and subsidiaries (FFC)
• Producing Quality dashboards ( Turnaround time , rework and other quality metics)
Requirements
• Proficient in Ms office (Excel , ppt etc..)
• Bi-lingual (Arabic – English) preferred
• Must have transferable visa with valid QID
• Preferably experience in banking sector for min 2 years.
