The Role
Very exciting opportunity for a driven and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to be part of the pre-opening and opening team of Restaurant in Doha, Qatar.
We are looking for an experienced General Manager who is looking for a challenging new role in an expanding company\\\! Stable career history plus must be financially savvy\\\!
The successful individual for this GM role will be someone who is an extrovert and a charismatic & effective leader and communicator. At least 5 years of experience as an Restaurant General Manager from upmarket restaurant
Key Job Responsibilities:
assists in overseeing and directing all aspects of the Restaurant operation
conducts pre-meal briefings and maintains liaison with the Executive Chef
participates in service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the Restaurant
ensures Hotel grooming and appearance standards are met and implement the Hotel’s health, safety, hygiene and fire policy
controls stocks for daily use in the Restaurant in order to ensure that service requirements are met
schedules guest reservations and arranges for private parties
participates in the preparation of the Food and Beverage, Budget and Goals
Requirements
Should have more than 5 years experience as General Manager
Should have experience as Operation manager
Should be graduated in Hospitality or Hotel Sector
Any certificates related to hospitality would be added advantage
Should have experience in Start ups
