The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic and creative Restaurant Manager for our recently established gourmet burger outlet based in Dubai. We are seeking candidates with experience in running successful restaurants preferably with a chain or restaurants.
Job responsibilities include:
– Scaling the operations of the restaurant to enable us to grow with new outlets and franchising in the near future
– Grow revenues through sales and marketing and possibly improving the menu and pricing
– Improve customer service offering by enhancing the work flow and improved efficiency
– Review team performance and take remedial action whenever required
– Reduce costs through improved interaction with suppliers and greater negotiations
– Lead initiatives for opening new outlets including new branches, food truck and temporary set ups.
Requirements
– Minimum 6 years experience in Restaurant operations at a supervisory level.
– Graduate with a bachelors degree from a reputed university
– Excellent English language communication, written and spoken
– Excellent PC skills
– Candidates with UAE driving license preferred.
