The Role
Quest Search & Selection is currently working with a Luxurious Hospitality business and they’re on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Completing daily administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Supervising and be an excellent example to your staff;
• Maintaining outstanding restaurant standards;
• Organizing an effective workflow for the whole service team;
• Managing supplies and inventory;
• Generate and present financial reports
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ successful experience in restaurant management;
• Acute Financial Management skills;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Positive and bright aura;
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Restaurant Management / Culinary school is a plus
