Business Development activities for sourcing of new prospective clients
Manage the entire leasing process for clients
Prospect for new clients through Business development activities
Understand requirements & proposing appropriate properties
Conducting site visits/inspections of the proposed properties with the prospective client(buyer)
Planning and implementing channel partner module, for better market penetration & brand visibility.
Monitor & achieve budgeted revenue numbers.
