Charterhouse is working with a leading Saudi organisation looking to hire a Risk Manager for their operational division in Riyadh. Our client is positioned within the arena of retail and shopping mall management across the Kingdom and the development of their network continues to evolve and diversify.
With a reporting line to the Finance Head, you will take ownership of the risk management function, spanning all operational and financial activities to ensure adequate mitigation and controllership. You will focus on developing annual plans and policies, linking to asset management activities across the Group to ensure a strategically focussed risk management plan whilst enhancing measurement tools to monitor, record and evaluate all risk factors. Partnering with the Group Internal Audit Function, this role is also designed to enhance the resource allocation to areas of operations and projects across the Group.
The successful candidate should be a technically astute Risk Manager with a hands-on capability and an ability to work with senior stakeholders and Board level management to assess and implement governance and controls. You should be able to demonstrate a successful track record within the real estate and property development industry, coupled with experience of the GCC or KSA market. Preference shall be given to native Arabic speaking candidates.
