Summary Essential Job Functions:
•Required Sales Manager who is knowledgeable of the law’s, rules, regulation, policies, and procedure of Real Estate and Project flow rates.
•Minimum of two (2) years in Sales. Knowledgeable in Dubai Real Estates, and has ability to create good team.
•Must have excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Work, Outlook).
•Networking with Agents, handling and motivating the Sales Team and property Owners with respectful manner.
•Able to work with multinational work force and in dealing with customers from across the globe.
•Able to handle and responding to customers’ queries and complaints.
•Reporting and update to higher position regarding Sales and forecast with the Market.
•Driving License is a must.
