Job Description:
As a Site Operations team one of our key deliverable is Work Smart. We are the India touch point for the global WorkSmart@Client program, providing live and on-demand training experiences based on the global WorkSmart@Client curriculum and customized for you!
Must have excellent networking Skills,
MS products troubleshooting skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
Should be able to manage and troubleshoot Cisco, Fortinet and EMC.
Must have the ability to learn technology quickly.
Demonstrated ability to combine technical expertise with technical communication skills is required.
The ability to work under deadline pressure is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Work related experience may substitute for degree.
Should be able to organize events and/or sessions/recordings to increase product awareness and knowledge of MS Products for internal customers.
Working knowledge of SharePoint is good to have. Ideal candidate must have zeal to learn new IT products and technologies.
Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work as a team player.
This person will be part of WorkSmart@Client program. As part of this team contractor will be involved in sharing communication with MS FTE and Training them on new products launched
Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
Salary:INR 1,75,000 – 4,50,000 P.A.
