The Role
A well-established western MEP Contractor with operations across the UAE are currently looking for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to support the H/O commercial team.
You being the successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will be overseeing all commercial activities reporting into the Commercial Director handling all contractual documentation, weekly and monthly reporting, supporting project take-offs and managing the project QS teams.
Requirements
– 8 – 10 years experience working within similar MEP construction companies
– Electrical or mechanical background
– Large project experience including hotels, high rise, commercial and residential, shopping malls etc
– Experience within contract administration, measurements, and managing commercial teams
– Ideally degree qualified
