Role Description :
– Candidate will be part of a 24×7 on-cal support roster.
– Works on complex problems / projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation of Analytics product source code and make and deliver defect fixes and patches with acceptable level of quality.
– Participate in problem diagnosis or isolation, driven by the remote support organisation.
– L3 Support engineer should follow all the source code management, review and documentation update to adhere to the processes.
– Provide workaround and defect fixes within SLA when problems arise in the customers lab or live network environment.
– Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met. Handles customer-relations problems promptly and appropriately, escalates issues according to established procedures

Desired Candidate Profile:
Required Skills :
– Knowledge or Experience in Java
– HTTP technology and principles, including REST principles – Cloud and API.
– Good understanding of networking protocols and applications (TCP/IP, proxies, load balancing, firewalls, etc.)
– Databases technologies and a working knowledge of SQL
– In-depth familiarity of Linux / Unix (advanced user; sysadmin experience a bonus, but not required)
– Proven interpersonal skills, working effectively with various levels of the organization, across many different functional areas
– Excellent organizational skills (must be able to manage concurrent projects with different parts of the organization)
– Self directed individual that continuously seeks out new challenges.
– Added advantage if have ETL knowledge.
– Excellent troubleshooting skills, ability to think logically in complex technical situations, resolve the issues.
