Should be willing to work in Shifts as it is 24 x 7 Support Service.
Resolve Incident and Service Requests in SLA
Follow the Knowledge management and support processes
Record the solutions of all tickets in Knowledge Base portal
Working on Problem Management tickets to provide the permanent fix to defects
Deploying the changes by following Change Management process
Requires documentation knowledge like system requirement, Design Specification.
Resource should have experience in .Net Web and desktop applications.
Resource should have solid experience OOAD and Design Patterns.
Good to have knowledge on MVC, Entity Framework, Classic ASP and VB 6.0
Good communication Skill and experience in interacting with the clients.
