The Role
The Company:
Our client is a main contractor specializing in high end palaces, private villas and residence projects. They are currently looking for a Technical Engineer (Civil & Architectural) for a 1 year fixed term contract in Abu Dhabi
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordination of the implementation of a project
Studying all materials as per the project specification and budget
Responsible for the preparation, reviewing of shop drawings and material submissions
Communicate with designers, material suppliers, draftsmen and other engineering disciplines for the preparation of final drawings
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum total 12+ years experience and 5 years in the GCC
Must have worked with a main contractor (not from a subcontractor)
Must have experience in managing site works from initial stages to the handing over
Required experience working on high-end projects e.g. hotels/residences, airports, hospitals or any major building project
Must have hands on site work experience
