Job Description:
Manage the entire Project Management Life Cycle for new projects as well as transition to the Project Manager from existing projects that are currently in flight.
Should be technically sound in Java/Web Services or Microstrategy/Informatica to guide the team
Project manager for agile project, with scrum master experience, 8-10 yr total industry experience
Lead and facilitate meetings with project stakeholders from all levels.
Manage vendors and team members in a matrix organization
Experience managing Waterfall (PMI standard) projects and agile projects working with multiple SCRUM teams.
Scope Management, Dependency Management, Risk Management, Issue Management, Stakeholder Management, Cost/Financial Management
Manage multiple projects in an environment that is early in its project management processes
Identify, track and resolve project risks/issues using best practice problem-solving techniques
Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project
Experienced in managing cross-functional project teams and high-visibility projects
High degree of commitment, communication skills, presentation skills and team motivational skills
