Job Description:
Preventive, Breakdown, Corrective and running Maintenance of process & packaging equipments to ensure reliability and fit for purpose.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Maintaining the log book & Machine History Cards on regular basis.
Monitoring the calibration status of the equipments on regular basis and taking corrective and preventive actions before the due date.
Carrying out the changeover of the machines and equipments, as and when required.
Developing/assisting in developing the standard Operating procedures for all the equipments.
Participating in technical discussions, suggestion schemes and other activities which contribute for plant improvement initiatives.
Need based operation of utility equipments, as and when required.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Assisting in developing and maintaining Engineering Stores.
Maintenance and Operation of workshop and carrying out fabrication jobs, as & when required.
Carrying out any other jobs / assignments entrusted by the seniors in the area concerned.
Maximizing the uptime of plant machineries & equipments.
Continuous up-gradation of plant and machinery.
Documentation and compliance to requirements.
Energy Conservation.
Multi-tasking.
Adherence to best work practices.
Salary:INR 2,50,000 – 3,50,000 P.A
