– Motivating and encouraging through positive communication and feedback.
– Providing product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.
– Team and Individual analysis of upcoming quarter.
– Meet with outside Field Staff & Sales Staff to review upcoming events and call center / outside participation.
– Developing and Building Teams
– Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Salary:INR 2,50,000 – 4,50,000 P.A. Incentives
