Job Description:
UBN Qtech , Hyderabad is looking for Training Counselor for promotion of its best-in-class job oriented online training programs in Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance-Drug Safety, Data management using SAS and Business analysis programs.
Looking for a fresher or 1+ years of experience as a counselor in Training .
* Good communication skills.
* Good team worker in planning, monitor and solve problems for course related matters.
* Full Coordinating with students for payments and feedbacks.
* Should be expert in converting enquiry to registration.
* Follow ups on enquirers on regular basis and assisting the Centre head organize the center events.
* Counselor should be well versed in admission procedures and maintaining the training kits
* Should have experience in handling virtual training and coordination with HO.
* Explaining offers to the students and planning promotional activity with marketing and sales teams.
* Collect and maintain all record/reports related to training.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
