working on End to End recruitment process.
Sourcing candidates through various sources Job portals, social network and head hunting.
Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites.
Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /shortlisting the right profile against the given requirement.
Schedule interviews with different levels / clients and follow up for the feedback.
Pay Rates Negotiation with Employers and Consultants.
Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they are on-board.
