CompuGain is looking for Technical Recruiters to fulfill our US direct client requirements. Candidate needs to be a hard worker, with abilities to communicate & recruit high quality matching candidates for the technical requirements in a fast paced MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment for our direct clients. We are looking for a technical recruiter to close positions in very competitive environment by understanding technical requirements, submitting high quality submissions and have a burning desire to succeed.

Location : Waverock building, Gachibowli Hyderabad
Shift timings : EST (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST).
Requirements:
Candidate must from technical background, sound knowledge on technologies.
Solid understanding of Java, DevOps, cloud and automation related technologies
3-4 years of experience in the US IT Recruiting
Strong experience with W2 recruiting.
Must to have strong knowledge on Visas (H1B, L2, TN, OPT etc.,)
Strong experience with various sourcing technics
Interpersonal Competencies:
Excellent communicational skills, both written and verbal.
Must be self-directed, ability to work independently, highly responsive, and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks
Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills
Passionate and self-motivated with strong work ethics
Positive thinker, energetic, articulate, and highly motivated
Must be a team player and work well with others
