Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement:

Adheres to Employee Engagement framework, plans executes various activities to ensure high morale, teamwork, resulting in employee satisfaction
Manages Employee Engagement Calendar, utilization of Budgets.
Reward & Recognition Organizes Monthly and Annual R&R Events.
Retention will proactively interact with employees, plans appropriate measures to enhance retention. Anchor retention initiatives and meet attrition targets for the location.
Conducting RAG Analysis month on month basis for retention

HR Communication:

Ensures all communication channels are effective, facilitate town hall, skip levels and interaction with BU Head.
Communicates policies and procedures to employees.

Grievance Handling:

Handle grievances, educate employees on procedures, counselling.
Client Interaction
Interacts with client on HR related issues
