Openning For SENIOR PROPOSAL WRITER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Proposal Writer is responsible for the management of all assigned sales opportunities from the Sales Qualify Stage to Closure including the on-time delivery of Rough Order of Magnitude Estimates, Engagement Proposals, and Statement of Works to the Keste Sales Representative in India for delivery to the prospect or customer. The Proposal Writer is responsible for managing the pre-sales process and from time-to-time may act as a Pre-Sales Project Manager. The Proposal Writer is for responsible for proposal kickoff meetings and facilitating technical reviews with the proposal “Win” team regarding all work product that goes to a prospect or customer. The Proposal Writer is responsible for getting approvals from the Keste IDC and USA management teams prior to delivery to the Keste Sales Representative and the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the Pre-Sales Proposal Process
Serves as the project manager and driver of any assigned pre-sales opportunities
Conducts Sales Opportunity Kick-off Meetings with the assigned sales opportunity “Win” team for each sales opportunity
Builds a project timeline and assignments to meet the schedule for on-time delivery for all Rough Order of Magnitude Estimates, Engagement Proposals, and Statement of Works to be delivered to the Keste Sales Representative
Constructs and builds the pre-sales opportunities “Win Teams” with the Practice Area Program Directors
Facilitates all go-no-go meetings with the Practice Area Leaders and Program Directors
Works with the assigned technical teams in a collaborative manner
Manages the timeline, resources, and status report for each sales opportunity in Salesforce (Keste Sales CRM forecasting and reporting tool)

Required Skills:

Self-motivated with a proven track record in proposal management with solution focused professional services consulting companies
Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization
Must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a pre-sales project schedule, implementation project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities
Additional preferred qualifications are:
Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred
Advanced experience with Oracle and Salesforce Software Applications and Products
Experience with other ERP Consulting Companies
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designs
Knowledge in systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities
Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices
Must maintain professional knowledge and relationships with Oracle ecosystem
Eight plus (8+) years of relevant experience in professional services in a consulting environment
Proven solutions consulting experience in large enterprises
Proven Project Management experience and expertise
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Project
