Job Responsibilities :
Minimum of 3+ year relevant experience in in ServiceNow. Good to know HPSM also
Have Strong development knowledge in Java Scripting, Web services etc.
Well versed in ITIL disciplines and ITIL v3 Foundation certified( or equivalent experience)
Implementation, Configuration, Customization, tailoring and Administration of HP Service Manager or ServiceNow
Good to Know: Experience in migration from HPSM to ServiceNow
Any Database (writing Queries, procedures, functions, DB administrations) and any web server (Installation, configuration, trouble shooting) working experience
Good communication and self-motivated
Develop a unified configuration management process, strategy and plan along with centralized technology capabilities to support the enterprise IT asset management program.
Engaging in technical workshops with client stakeholders in the development phase and build/tailor/configure technology to align with defined requirements.
Conduct a system migration from the Development environment to the QA environment and validate system & interfaces functions as expected.
Experience and Skills :
3 to 6 years of experience in the Design and implementing ITSM Products (ServiceNow)
Well versed with RDBMS concepts like Oracle and MySQL Concepts.
Hands on experience on Web Application server.
Knowledge in UML.
Well versed with ITIL Processes.
Must possess good Analytical skills.
