Pappu Yadav slams Lalu, says ‘people in Bihar living at god’s mercy’

New Delhi, Aug.21 : Taking a jibe at Lalu Prasad Yadav for mocking BJP chief Amit Shah, Jan Kranti Adhikar Morcha (JKAM) chief Pappu Yadav on Friday said that the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief had demeaned Bihar’s politics and added that the people were now living at god’s mercy.

“Lalu Yadav has demeaned Bihar’s politics to such a level where there are no talks about the 10 crore people of Bihar. There are no talks over the issues and the problems faced by the people in the state,” Yadav told ANI.

“Amit Shah being trapped in a lift in Bihar shows the present situation that the people are living in. The people in Bihar are living at god’s mercy,” he added.

The RJD boss had earlier taunted Amit Shah, saying that the latter, being so fat, shouldn’t have entered the lift.

The BJP chief and three other senior party leaders were trapped in the lift of the state guest house in Patna for nearly 40 minutes last night. (ANI)
