Passport application of PM’s wife rejected as she has no marriage certificate

Ahmedabad: Jashodaben Modi, estranged wife of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi denied passport. Regional Passport Office said that the application is incomplete.

Regional Passport Officer, Z.A. Khan said that the application of Jashodaben was incomplete as she failed to attach marriage certificate or joint affidavit with the spouse.

Meanwhile, Ashok Modi, brother of Jashodaben confirmed that the passport application is rejected by the officials. He also said that Jashodaben applied for the passport as she wanted to meet her family friends abroad.
