Hyderabad: A witness got his statement recorded in Akbaruddin Owaisi murder case about hatching a conspiracy of attack. Rahmathullah who is a witness in Akbar Owaisi attack case recorded his statement at the court of 7th Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge. He told the Court that he had gone to Omer Function Hall for booking the function for his wedding anniversary.
When he entered the office room of the function hall, there were about 10-12 persons discussing among themselves. They were saying that Akbaruddin Owaisi is harassing them in connection with land dealings when he wanted to get the details of conversation, he was expelled from the room. He was told not to reveal the details of the conversation he had heard.
Rehmathullah, then came back without booking the function hall. He identified five accused persons of the case namely. Mohammed Bin Omer Yafai alias Mohammed Pahelwan, Eesa Yafai, Yahya Hussain and others.
Mr. Achuta Reddy, Advocate interrogated another witness Ahmed Shareef, resident of Talaab Katta. He had seen the scene of shifting Akbar Owaisi into the hospital in Maruti Gypsy car.
The Advocate asked that the statement which Ahmed Shareef has recorded was not given to any investigating agency or police and he is telling lies. The witness told that he is narrating the facts. Advocate will cross examine Ahmeullah today. The statement of another witness, Abdul Muqeet would be recorded today.
During the hearing of the case Mohammed Pahelwan and his family members were present in the Court. They were brought from Cherlapally Jail by the police.
