People will burn KCR effigy on Dasara day: Vamshi Chand

Hyderabad: Stating that the Kalwakurthy people would burn the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao’s effigy instead ‘Ravanasura’ effigy for this Dasara festival, Kalwakurthy MLA Challa Vamshi Chand Reddy has alleged that the “creation of new districts has become a stone in the hands of a mad person”.
Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Tuesday, Vamshi Chand asked the Chief Minister, who was stating that all people have to celebrate Dasara festival in happy mood, as to he was not caring the demand of Kalwakurthy people. “It is atrocious on the part of KCR as he is not making Kalwakurthy as a division”, he claimed. There was no scientific approach in creation of new districts, he alleged and said that the Chief Minister succeeded in attracting the attention of all people of the state. He stated that the Chief Minister was passing time by concentrating only on creation of new districts keeping all public issues aside.
On the other hand, Vamshi Chand met the high power committee headed by MP K Kesava Rao at latter’s residence urging him to make Kalwakurthy a division. (NSS)
