3.JOB PURPOSE
The Performance Management & Rewards Supervisor would be responsible for leading the development and implementation of employee performance management framework,

4. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the HR strategy and business plan as it relates to Performance Management & Rewards, develop and supervise the execution of the department annual plan and milestones to achieve the overall business plan.
• Assist the HR Manager in monitoring the operational performance of the department against the approved targets and KPIs.
• Assist the HR Manager in developing the departmental budget and monitoring the financial
• Instilling a culture of trust and transparency with internal stakeholders, enabling smooth and constructive business interactions.
• Contribute to the development of the manpower needs of the department and properly plan the optimal allocation and effective use of its resources

5. Minimum & Desired Job Requirements:
•Diploma: Min 10 yrs of experience
•Bachelors: Min 8 yrs of experience
•MBA/ Other masters: Min 6 yrs of experience

6.Salary: As per industry standard
