The Hyderabad High Court on Friday directed the Tata Tele Services and Vodafone to submit phone call data in a sealed cover to Vijayawada Chief Metropolitan Court in connection with the ‘Phone Tapping’ case.
The High Court said that the orders issued to other service providers earlier would also be applicable to Vodafone and Tata Tele Services. The court also directed the Vijayawada court to send the sealed covers to High Court Registrar through a messenger. The next hearing in the case has been deferred to four weeks. (INN)
