Hyderabad: In order to eradicate frauds and thefts of Motor vehicles, Transport Department of Telangana State has imposed the condition of photographs of vehicle owners on the Registration Certificate (RC) book. This will help officials to identify the owners easily. In case the vehicles is transferred or sold new RC books would be given with the photographs of the new owners.
If the motor vehicles are registered online, scanned photos should be uploaded.
