Cream Cheese — 2 Tbsp
Unsalted Butter — 2 Tbsp
Warm Milk — 1/2 Cup
All Purpose Flour — 1/2 Cup
Sugar — 1/4 Cup
Baking Soda — 1/4 Tbsp
Baking Powder — 1/2 Tbsp
Pineapple Juice — 1/4 Cup
Caramelized Pineapple Pieces — To Garnish
Whipping Cream — For Icing
First Take a large bowl and add Cream Cheese, Butter and Sugar. Whip it well until it becomes creamy.
Then slowly by mixing add warm milk little by little.
Now add All Purpose Flour, Baking Soda, and Baking Powder to it and mix it well.
Transfer the Cake Batter to a Greased Microwave Safe Bowl and cook it in the Microwave for 5-6 Min depending on the power of your microwave.
Take it out and let the sponge cake cool down.
Meanwhile heat a non-stick pan and put the Pineapple Slices on it and caramelize them for 10 min and cut them into small pieces and keep aside.
Now cut the sponge cake into two halves.
Take one half and add Pineapple Juice to it and then spread the whipping cream over it.
Now arrange the Caramelized Pineapple Pieces on it.
Then put the other half of the Sponge Cake over it and cover the whole cake with Whipping Cream.
Finally Garnish with Pineapple Pieces and a Cherry.
Tasty Pineapple Pastry is ready.
