Hyderabad: In the wake of increasing demands for electrical connections, Power Distribution Corporation will take steps for the construction of new electric sub-station in Old City. Lands have been prepared for setting up 15 new electric substations of South Zone of Hyderabad. These areas include Chandrayangutta, Madannapet, Arundati Colony, Kanchan Bagh, Malakpet, Teegalkunta etc.
It may be mentioned that there are 26 electrical sub-stations in South Zone.
