Job Description:
Develop, assess and deliver analytics on change control activities globally, ie. metrics, trends, performance, alerts and observations to Pharma TechOps Support and facilitate analysis of data requests, ie. Audits and improvement plans Support CCEx projects by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, user on-boarding and training support, building process/project documentation and knowledge repositories.
Create, analyze and deliver reports and metrics as per agreed SLAs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc) to facilitate determination of current state of CCEx projects. o PLM Governance dashboard and metric reports o Business process monitoring reports o AGILE PLM implementation reports o Business Compliance and Risk reports o AGILE PLM performance report o User Entity performance reports o AGILE PLM User analysis o Other ad-hoc trends and analysis Work closely with PLM IT Operations to configure and maintain AGILE PLM business intelligence architecture and business teams to create user Acceptance Test scripts. Co-ordinate/support/execute user acceptance testing. Provide active support during internal and external audits in the CCEx area by collecting and presenting the requested process data. Develop and maintain knowledge repositories that capture qualitative and quantitative data related to managing of Product Change Requests in AGILE PLM. Provide data to support review and approval of changes in the business process and systems. Act as a liaison between PLM Operations and PLM IT to assist and execute process enhancements in AGILE PLM. Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication with the stakeholders. Comply with all GBS internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes Understand and resolve Business User Community Issues/Requests or Escalate it to SME with Appropriate key information.
