PM invites CMs of UP, Maharashtra, Karnataka to discuss drought situation

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has invited Chief Ministers of Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Karnataka tomorrow to discuss and review the drought and water scarcity in the states.

The Chief Ministers of the drought-hit states will meet the Prime Minister separately.

Ministers and officials of the concerned ministries will be present in the meeting.

Apart from taking stock of the situation, Prime Minister Modi will also review steps taken by the states to address drought-related problems. (ANI)
