PM Modi is only good at marketing, says Siddaramaiah

Bengaluru: Karnataka Chief Minister, Siddaramaiah in an inauguration programme of various welfare schemes at Sarvagnanagar Assembly constituency said PM Modi was good only at marketing without delivering anything to benefit the people, who is getting all publicity.

Addressing the gathering, Siddaramaiah said, “Where are ‘achche din’ promised by Modi? He promised to bring back black money from foreign banks and deposit Rs 15 lakh in bank accounts of each person. Forget Rs 15 lakh, not even Rs 15 has been deposited,” reports DC.

No government had strived like our Congress for the welfare of poor and marginalised, Siddu claimed.
He took objection to BJP leaders calling former BJP PM Vajpayee’s regime as ‘Shining India’ and the one under Modi as ‘Achche Din’.

Under BJP’s rule rich are becoming richer while the poor are remaining poor, he added.

Siddaramaiah targeted former Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa and said: “It is a political gimmick to have hotel food at Dalit’s home.”

He went ahead and said that BJP leaders stopped this immediately when he asked BJP leaders to pick their daughter-in-laws from Dalit families.

Siddu distributed 665 auto rickshaws, 285 vehicles for physically challenged and provided financial assistance to 892 unemployed youth to become self-reliant.
