Terming the Krishna River Board Authority as Chandrababu Board, Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy has alleged that the State government was not supplying Krishna River water to Rabi crop.
Speaking to the media here on Friday, Ponguleti questioned Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao as to why he was not speaking on the issue and asked the latter whether he (KCR) forgot the rights of the Telangana. He also alleged that KCR failed in achieving the rightful share of Telangana State in water and questioned the state government to tell as to why the crops of the Telangana farmers have to dry though there water in Sagar and Srisailam. He demanded the Chief Minister to stop chanting Prime Minister Narendra Modi and stop the injustice meted out to the Telangana in Krishna water share. (NSS)
