Required Skill Set:
Driving up the complete Process and Quality control, metrics portfolio.
Assisting Project teams to comply with Quality process and control across various locations working from Hyderabad office
Conducting process trainings
Driving the SDLC processes and encouraging teams to collect metrics and present them at organisation level
Performing periodic Internal audits for Projects to check their process compliance level
Able to study the current process documentation, work and review the process documentation
Supporting PMG and support functions during any External Audits
Assisting in Process Definition and implementation
Essential Skillset: Very strong Knowledge on ISO, CMMI and Quality processes
Excellent Communication Skills, Good body language and presentation Skills so that he can handle any client,prospect calls and client presentations
