The Position:
Pegasystems is looking for an innovative leader to fill the position of Product Manager. The position calls for a dedicated and experienced candidate to oversee product development throughout the entire process of production. This is a unique opportunity for job seekers looking to work beyond their own team. The successful candidate must act as a liaison with other company departments, and communicate important information about the products and their development strategy to not only professionals but the public, as well.
In this role, you will:
Act as Product Owner throughout Pegas Scrum process.
Own and maintain product backlog in specific areas of the Pega platform.
Create clear project requirements and product specifications based off market needs and customer requirements and identify industry trends related to BPM, Case Management, user experience, collaboration and enterprise application development.
Present integration product strategy, future direction, and promote currently available features and functions across the organization.
Evaluate competitive market offerings and deliver on product differentiation, positioning, and communications.
Research innovative approaches to solving problems while keeping up to date on technology developments.
Liaise with the Sales, Service, Support, Marketing, Product Development and Product Management departments to ensure all steps of the process are successfully completed

The Person:
The successful candidate will have experience and expertise in web technology, some exposure to Product Management, and a strong understanding of software design. He/she will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast paced team-based environment and be comfortable managing large scale product development processes.
Qualifications will include:
BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent qualification.
10 to 14 years of experience in Product Management, application development, or enterprise systems integration.
Knowledge of web and integration technologies with an emphasis on integration security standards SAML, OAuth), web (SOAP) and REST services, enterprise messaging (email, JMS)
Solid understanding of software design principles, best practices and dependencies.
Familiarity with the various technical landscapes of multi – channel business architectures; including CRM, web, mobile, legacy and 3rd party software systems and the key linkages between them.
Strong customer relations, communication, team-based, organizational, and leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a dynamic software development environment strongly desired
