Prof Kodandaram, Honorary President, Telangana Vidyavanthula Vedika, has extended his full support to the ‘Swaraj Abhiyan’ and the ‘Jai KIsan Andolan’.
A press note said that Prof Kodandaram will join the ‘Tractor March’ of Jai Kisan Andolan at New Delhi on August 9 and their March to Parliament on August 10. The demands of Jai Kisan Andolan include withdrawal of the land acquisition Second Amendment Bill 2015, plea for Farmers’ Minimum Income Guarantee Act, and Comprehensive, assured and adequate compensation against natural calamities.
