Job Description:

Under the guidance of the Project Manager, coordinate and ensure implementation of civil / structural works as per the agreed construction schedule to ensure the works are completed within time & cost complying quality standards.

Certify contractors monthly RA Bills as per the works executed. Review of daily / weekly progress report as per the work schedule. Coordinate with the contractors team of Engineers / supervisors and collectively work out action plan to catch up with the occasional / frequent delay of work progress

Implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental measures as per the standard operating procedures.

Drive the team development initiative by training and guiding the junior executives with emphasis on optimization of resources, value engineering during construction process and exploring the knowledge sharing aspects as a team.

Provide support to bidding team for new projects by way of quantification, preparation of working drawings etc.
