Giving away appointment orders for 124 new AEEs and other staff in Public Health department, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister K T Rama Rao today asked the staff and officials to change their working style to satisfy people on keeping clean environs and sanitation.
At a program here today, the minister said the people are unhappy at the way of Public Health wing was working. “You have to focus on sanitation in cities and towns with utmost care and responsibility to remove the scars of disbelief”, KTR asserted. “Think innovatively, ask people to address their issues with perseverance and commitment. We are for strengthening the department to enable the staff offer the best services to win the hearts of the people”, KTR said. “The Public Health staff has to focus on people’s issues and woes and strive to mitigate them”, he said, adding that training classes will be conducted for them soon. “Commitment, time maintenance and immediate resolve will prove handy for the staff, who should receive suggestions from the people’s representatives. Ultimately the staff has to implement the ideals of the government to offer the best services”, he added. (NSS)
