New Delhi: Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi will visit Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow on Thursday to address the Dalit Netritva Vikas Sammelan.
A media release from his office said that the event will be held at the PCC headquarters at Nehru Bhawan in the city from 4.30 p.m.
The release further stated that at 6 p.m., Gandhi would interact with Congress MLAs and MLcs at the same venue.
The visit of the Congress vice president assumes significance in the wake of next year’s assembly elections in the state. (ANI)
