Jaipur: Aiming at 2018 state Assembly polls and 2019 general elections, BJP’s Rajasthan wing today held a brainstorming session to discuss ways on making the organisation stronger in the state.
“We have discussed the strategies to make party stronger in the state. The meeting was convened keeping in mind the state Assembly elections and general elections scheduled in 2018 and 2019 respectively. We will make a division on every 50 booths,” said BJP state president Ashok Parnami in a press conference today following a meeting with the top leaders of the party.
Answering to a question on senior BJP leader Ghanshyam dissent with the party top brass, Parnami said that there is a committee that looks after indiscipline.
“There is a procedure to deal with those who are indisciplined. Results will come when the committee will complete its work,” he said.
Parnami also claimed party’s victory in Dholpur by-elections. He said that party will celebrate its three years rule in state on January 21.
He said that party is strong due to its workers in the state and we need to work harder to make this country Congress-free.
He rubbished the Congress allegations on demonetisation saying that they are baseless and the Prime Minister has taken steps to eliminate corruption and terrorism.
Earlier, national joint general secretary (organisation) V Satish said that we aim to propagate public welfare schemes and the success of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and state Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje in the peripheral areas.
He said that party believes in ideologies of Pandit Deendayal and any party worker can reach the top levels while following his principles.
BJP national Vice President and state in charge Avinash Rai Khanna said that we need to learn from great leaders like Guru Gobind Singh and follow them.
