Raje calls for curbing use of polythene

Jaipur: Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje today called upon people to curb the use of polythene bags and clean their areas of plastic waste so that cows do not consume that.

Addressing a gathering in Jhalawar district today, Raje said that plastic bags are one of the reasons behind untimely death of cows.

“People should understand their responsibility to keep their cities clean, particularly from plastic waste,” she said.
