Chief Advisor to Government Dr Rajiv Sharma today discharged his duties from new office allotted to him at 6th floor.
A formal puja was performed at the new office even as a few Vedic pundits chanted mantras on the occasion. The State government has appointed Rajiv Sharma as chief advisor after he relieved himself as chief secretary. Though he took the charge of the new post, he joined the new office which is ready to use now. He will now discharge his duties from his office which is located exactly before the office of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao at C Block. The government has also appointed Rajiv Sharma as the chairman of Pollution Control Board. (NSS)
