Hyderabad: Raksha Bandhan, popularly known as Rakhi festival that binds brothers and sisters with love and affection will be celebrated in Raj Bhavan on Thursday for one hour according to Governor Press Secretary Dr Krishnanand. In an official communiqué he informed that the Rakhi festival will be celebrated from 11 am to 12 noon. Governor ESL Narasimhan and first lady Vimala Narasimhan will participate in the festivities likely to be attended by school children, students and people. (NSS)
