Desired Candidate should be RERA Certified Mandatory and should possess minimum 2 years experience in Dubai Real Estate industry with great clientele. Candidates with experience in Mortgage Banking, Wealth Management & Private Banking experience can also apply for this position. Driving license is must. Languages: English, Arabic is a plus but not must. Agents need to work with clients and customers face-to-face on a daily basis so Listening to their needs and communicating effectively and pleasantly is a needed skill. Good Real Estate Consultants are good at convincing clients to buy and sell properties at the right price, and use persuasion to close deals. Real estate Consultants need to quickly find answers to their client’s questions. This also includes being a mediator between seller and buyer. Salary Description – 1 Fixed Salary offered: AED 3000/- to AED 5000/- + 30% Incentives of Sales Target + Other Benefits as per UAE labour Law. Two Candidate who wants to work in flexible timings as Freelancer will get 50% of commission.
