Receptionist / Front Office Executive In Hyderabad

Job Description:

Candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support.
Greet, assist and/or direct, visitors and the general public.
Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries whenever possible.
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and calls.
Respond to client/customer inquiries.
Perform clerical duties such as develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.
Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.
Record keeping of all inward/outward post/documents/couriers.
Making travel arrangements & coordinating with travel agencies.
Local vendor management.

Salary:INR 2,50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.
