2 – 4 years of experience into End to End Recruitment Cycle (Must Have experience in Contract Staffing)
Sourcing, Screening, shortlisting Scheduling Phone/F2F/Skype Interviews
Must have good knowledge in all IT Technologies
Experience with Contract, Contract to Hire, Fulltime Positions
Job description creation, ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all job boards
Posting the jobs and searching for relevant resumes on job portal like Monster, Naukri and other Social Networking sites
Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of position and Conduct prescreening interviews
Salary negotiations and closing.
Effectively Manage Bulk / Volume hiring
Coordinating with consultants and clients till candidates join the company
OTHER SKILLS:
Qualification: Any Degree /MBA HR
Good Communication Skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
