Our client a leading real estate developer in the UAE is looking for an experienced Sales and Leasing Manager to establish and develop the Real Estate Agency department of the company.
With all licenses in place this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales and leasing manager to make their mark on the UAE market and take their career to the next level with the full support of a developer whose latest project sold 60% with almost no marketing.

· Responsible for establishing, developing and managing a team of Sales and Leasing agents
· Interviewing, hiring and training 10-15 successful agents by year end to company standards
· Develop training programs and train agents how to source customers, negotiate and complete sales and leases.
· Conduct weekly team meetings.
· Set sales and leasing targets for all agents
· Provide regular one to one meetings to assess performance and improvement areas
· Make all efforts to keep up to date with the market trends, upcoming property developments, average prices of various freehold areas and maintain appropriate records of the same
· Establish and maintain effective relationships with customer to facilitate business and address any customer complaint.
· Establish and maintain a comprehensive reporting system for all sales and leasing
· Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards.
