Job Description:

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for sales of SAP Student Academy subscriptions to Colleges and account management of existing customers in the State of Telangana and AP. Works directly with Colleges for Pre-sales, Sales and Customer Support and work towards the achievement of maximum volume, profitability, growth and customer satisfaction in line with IPA vision and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Business Development:

Establish and maintain contact with management or decision makers in Colleges.
Conduct student orientation programs on SAP in colleges wherever necessary to create demand from students.
Sign-up Colleges for the SAP Student Academy program.
Follow-up and ensure 100% and timely collection of payment from Colleges.
Execute sales and action plans given by Regional Head / Head of Sales.
Ensure timely renewal of SAP Student Academy contracts for existing customers.
Continuously work with Colleges to Up-sell and Cross-sell focus programs and products.
Account Management & Customer Support:
Assist Colleges in maximising student enrolments by conducting student orientation programs on SAP in colleges wherever necessary.

Coordinate with the delivery teams for installation of SAP training products and effective delivery as per committed timelines.
Regularly visit Colleges to review execution of the SAP Student Academy program.
Be responsive to issues raised by Colleges and provide timely resolution by coordinating with the respective departments internally.
Ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the placement teams of Colleges for recruitment drives.
Processes, Administration and MIS
Adhere to all IPA policies, procedures, processes and business ethics codes.
Provide timely and accurate feedback to Head of Sales / Regional Manager on program execution at Colleges.
Collect and provide timely competitor information (market intelligence) to Head of Sales / Regional Manager.
Maintain accurate records of student enrolments at Colleges.
Timely submission of various reports like DCR, Funnel Report, Activity Reports, etc. to Head of Sales / Regional Manager.

Salary:INR Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate

QUALIFICATION/ELIGIBILITY:

Male or female candidates
Minimum 3 ~ 4 years of experience in selling products and solutions to Colleges in Telangana and AP.
Good knowledge and familiarity with local geography is mandatory.
Experience of selling Training products and solutions to Colleges would be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
Excellent presentation skills (to be able to conduct orientation to students).
Aptitude to learn newer technologies.
