Reject Oppn stalling growth: KTR tells Palair voters

IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao who is on his campaign spree for Palair bye-poll here on Thursday to chose from the ruling party which is committed for development and the opposition causing hurdles.

In an open letter to the people of the segment going to polls on May 16, the minister launched a broadside of the Congress and Telugu Desam parties and accused them of hatching conspiracies against irrigation projects and development programs in the state. By joining hands these two arch rivals have smashed values and policies in politics and coming in the way of growth he charged. Despite facing debacle in all the elections previously held the Congress and TDP failed to learn a lesson and left values to wing by joining hands for the elections he charged. The opposition parties are spiking the Government projects such as Sitarama and Bhakta Ramadas projects to give drinking waters and irrigate parched lands in the segment. He called upon the electors of Palair constituency to vote in favour of the TRS candidate Tummala Nageshwar Rao which is tantamount to slapping on the Telangana detractors. The TRS Government has taken up redesigning of the projects to increase the ayacut area and bring under cultivation the crops to maximum extent. The flagship schemes like Mission Kakatiya for lakes revival and Mission Bhagiratha for drinking water supply will be completed on time unmindful of hurdles being created by the opposition parties he reiterated. Our ultimate aim is to  catch hold of every single drop of pious Godavari and Krishna Rivers to ensure that our sisters in rural pockets do not go on to roads and walk miles to fetch waters he asserted. As noted poet of the soil, Dasarathi stated that “Naa Telangana – Koti Rathanala Veena”, our Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is on mission to transform Telangana to irrigate one crore acres”, saying that “Naa Telangana – Koti Ekarala Magana- i.e., he said.

KTR further deplored that while TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu is making all efforts against the projects, party’s Telangana leaders are habituated slaves failing to question. The Congress MP Gutha Sukhender Reddy is indulging in dirty politics of betrayal by writing to Centre against funding for Mission Bhagiratha he lamented. Gutha is ignoring the development of the region despite an area in his Nalgonda district is bleeding with about 2 lakhs of fluoride hit people with crippled limbs. The opposition should mend ways by eschewing unethical politics lest the people will teach them a lesson, he suggested. (NSS)
